Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage
  • We currently deliver Ayurvedic products across India through trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping is free for orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will apply (displayed at checkout).
4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with a tracking link.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • In case of damaged, missing, or delayed parcels, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at support@samedhaayurvedics.com with your order ID and photos.
6. International Shipping
  • Currently not available, but will be introduced soon for select countries.
